What's New For the 2020 Volkswagen Golf?

New sleek frontal design improvements are the first new thing you will see in VW's signature compact vehicle, with headlight units merging into the grille. An all-new interior is also on prominent display, with two displays taking the place of the older standard gauge design. Additionally, VW Golf models with automatic transmission will come with an electronic gear switch for the first time. In the US, the first model available in the GTI, with the Golf R coming into the market later on. The GTI comes with new premium safety features as well.

The Golf GTI model features four different trims: the S, the Rabbit Edition, the SE, and the Autobahn. The build quality of all trims of the Golf, inside and out, remains among the best on the market, with additional premium styling in the cabin as a standard feature.

Both the SE and Autobahn editions offer extra creature comforts such as automatic climate control and power-adjustable leather seats. At the same time, cargo space, additional storage cubbies, a touchscreen infotainment system with voice command options, and both Apple's CarPlay and Android Auto integration all come as standard equipment across the line.

Additionally, VW offers both a generous limited and powertrain warranty for up to four years or 50,000 miles, as well as complimentary regular maintenance for up to two years or 20,000 miles.
