2022 Volkswagen Atlas

What's New For the 2022 Volkswagen Atlas?

In 2022, the Volkswagen Atlas is virtually the same as it was in 2021. The Atlas remains one of the most popular and in-demand SUVs on the road, despite being a fairly new arrival on the auto market. The Volkswagen Atlas is a three-row SUV that has plenty of amenities. Size-wise, the Atlas is a bit larger than the Tiguan but slightly smaller than the Taos. This year, the Volkswagen Atlas stands out for its attractive styling, numerous interior components, and strong engine.

2022 Atlas Trims & Features

There are eight trims in the Volkswagen Atlas lineup. The S is the base level, and it kicks off the lineup with many notable amenities. Android Auto and Apple CarPlay are standard components with the S. It also has a WiFi hotspot. Connectivity and convenience continue with the suite of Car-Net app services from Volkswagen. The VW has a six-speaker audio system to start with, along with a 6.5-inch touchscreen interface. The base model has alloy wheels and LED headlights as well. The SE has more power conveniences, including a liftgate and driver's seat. Voice controls and wireless charging are upgrades to the infotainment system, and the SE also has simulated leather seats. The SE with Technology adds a household power outlet. The R-Line gets gray wheels and sporty interior accents. With the SEL comes a heated steering wheel and a digital instrument panel. A panoramic sunroof comes with the SEL trim and up. The R-Line uses a stronger engine and comes with 21-inch wheels. Ventilated front seats are a nice addition to the SEL Premium, and it also has more safety aids. The Premium R-Line has a Fender sound system, ambient interior lights, and a 360-degree parking camera.
