The diagnostic on why I had an EPC warning light and SOS pop up was that the gas was causing the read due to potentially not being a good quality gas such as Top Tier but the gas I regularly use happens to be Top Tier. I didn’t feel it to be fair to have to pay for the diagnostic seeing as I was already doing what VW considers the highest standard of care when it comes to gassing up. My car has 14,000 something miles on it, & it’s still fairly new so, it’s not an issue of the car being in bad condition. I let my customer service person, Robert know that I would pay the fee in lieu of waiting to talk to management on Monday (seeing as this was on Saturday) but that I had no interest in ever purchasing from this dealer again. Robert exceeded my expectations and had the fee removed. I love my Volkswagens (this is my 2nd) and I didn’t want to have to go across town to purchase from another dealer next time so, I am very happy.

Other than the fact, the person handling my case, went on vacation and didn’t update me with anything going on the person who finally took over my case was very nice very knowledgeable and helpful. I really did not enjoy the fact that the link that I was given to keep an eye on my car was never updated from the inspection process to the Being worked on or completed or anything like that
