Arthur, the sales associate, was friendly, communicative and clear about setting and meeting expectations. I just wish it wasn't so expensive to bring my car in to have service. I wish there was more transparency about services and pricing too - why is it more than $400 to add freon to an AC system that is functional but intermittent? I know that it's not Arthur's fault that the costs are so high, but for the first time in 15 years of VW dealership maintenance, I'm wondering about going elsewhere for service simply because of costs.

I had a great experience, love the Tiquan product, completely blown away by the new vehicle. Everyone and I mean everyone at this dealership has been more than wonderful. They treated me with the utmost respect as well as my son who was with me during the process. Answered all my questions and are continuing to help with all questions for this new and improved vehicle. Brian my service manager set me up with the sales team initially letting them know I needed a new vehicle. He's the best service manager, and so are the others who help me when he is out. Thanks to Randy and Max for getting the ball rolling.
