Overall, I would say the purchase of the vehicle itself was straight forward. The few things that surprised me was that I walked around the lot for a while and I decided to go back to my car to leave as no one came out to greet me although two reps were standing at the showroom door looking at me but never came out. If it wasn't for a passing sales rep, who was helping other customers, ask me if I had been helped, I would have left. The other part the surprised me is that I had questions after my purchase and I called and left messages for my sales rep, but never received a call back. I noticed he did not leave a business card with any of my paperwork as well. This leads me to believe it is all about the sale, but not future customer service which is a shame as this would impact future purchases if it were just about the sale. The other surprising part was that I called the dealership to try and find out the percentage levels of tint on my windows. The woman who answered said she could not get an answer for me as all the sales and service staff were busy and that the few people she did asked said they had no idea. That was a bit shocking that no one could answer the question and I was told to call back. Also, I had asked about throwing in some oil changes as part of the deal, but this was my fault for not following up on it so that is on me.
