We felt the salesman knew we were in a tough spot with our car. We felt the value they placed on our trading was well below fair market value. Salesman assured us the car was worth so little it would go directly to auction. However, on March 25th, just a week later it’s on the website for sale and to call for pricing. As loyal vw owners and loyal to vw north purchase and all service, we strongly feel we were misled and have lost our confidence in continuing any future sales purchases with vw north. The service department however has always come through and we will continue our relationship with service rep Mark.
