This was a recall service and I found it very frustrating that it couldn't be done on a weekend, and it was a 4 hour + service and a rental car was not paid for or even guaranteed. When I checked in for my service there was no note that I needed a rental and I was then told, maybe there would be a rental available. I had two appts that morning I needed to get to. I was told I could get a courtesy ride to my 9:15 drs. appt but no ride back. That makes no sense. Why would I do that? If this was going to be a 4 hour service I knew that it would be longer because when I go for an oil change and I wait, I've waited for 3 hours! Maybe I'm just spoiled by Honda and Lexus where the service was half of that amount of time. The waiting area is also not that comfortable. Again, maybe my expectations are too high from my experiences with Honda and Lexus. I have decided to look for a new car and I will research the service department before making a final purchase. Feeling very discouraged with VW.

The Orlando Volkswagen North Service Representative, Brian Alexander, was very courteous, respectful and professional in interacting with me in explaining the needed services for my 2022 VW Tiguan. The wait for the service job to be completed was rather shorter than anticipated. I was very satisfied with the clean condition in which the car was returned to me. One can feel a definite improvement in the performance of the vehicle. Overall, I"m very satisfied with my experience of having my vehicle serviced by the professionals at Orlando Volkswagen North.
