I pick up the car after service and the next day the the engine light was on again, and they had the car overnight

Due to my far distance from this dealership, I verified over & over with them during the sale whether I would be able to have everything serviced & taken care of at my local VW & was repeatedly told yes and there wouldn’t be any issues. I find out way too late in the signing process & after finalizing paperwork that they slid some package right under my nose that only can be carried out at this particular dealership. Had I been made aware of this, I would have most certainly declined it, as I repeatedly verified & was reassured that ALL future warranties, repairs, service, etc could be done at my local VW even if purchasing my vehicle at this location. For this, I now feel slightly duped & it unfortunately took away from what initially felt like a wonderful overall experience.

Love the follow up John had with me over probably 6 months. No pressure, easy going. Wasn’t ready to buy initially because of other things going on. Finally decided to and both John and Ben took care of me. Excited to own my first Volkswagen!

I had an excellent experience at Orlando VW North from the moment I arrived. Ed welcomed me at the door and was attentive to what I was needing and looking for in a vehicle. Danny, in finance, was very patient in explaining all of the specifics of the warranty and what exactly I was spending to extend. Shirley, at the front desk, was also helpful in explaining what I needed to know in regards to the Jetta manual and welcoming me to come back any time.
