From my few experiences, this dealership is doing it right. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating, and it genuinely feels like they care about me as a consumer. I bought my Tiguan new and have been coming to Orlando north since and I’ve never had a bad experience. I was surprised to hear that my bill was lower than my quote. I got a same day appt and even got a courtesy ride back home. Keep doing what you’re doing, VW! I’m a global operations manager and am always impressed with the service I get.
