This was my first time using this dealership, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’ve had bad experiences with another VW dealership in town, but this was completely different—in the best way possible. My son had used this location before and highly recommended it, and I can see why. Everything went smoothly, and I truly felt I was in good, trustworthy hands. From Rose Marie, who assisted me with booking the appointment and went out of her way to accommodate my ever changing availability, to James, the service advisor who kept me well informed, and Carlo, the mechanic who worked on my car and even came to speak with me personally—every interaction was excellent. The recall was completed along with the additional requests I made, and the recommendations given were accurate and necessary, without any upselling. I’m very pleased with the service and will definitely return.

I have been coming here for over 10 years now and purchased several cars here. Every time I come hear everyone says hello or can I help you. The coffee machine is great because it makes the best hot chocolate . Mark A. is my advisor and has been for years, he know what I want when I come in to see Benji. Albert is my go to mechanic, he has been working on my cars since I first came, it was called Royal Volkswagen. The place does need updating in the waiting area however. But Mark is always looking out for me. I do love this dealership.

The service received at this location is always excellent. I had my car towed and they diagnosed the problem, got approval for my car warranty , and installed parts and ready by 4:00 PM the same day.
