Mark Aguiar is always amazing. He is thorough and prompt to get us recommendations on service. He is honest and shares details about his recommendations so we know we are getting the services we need. He also went above and beyond and looked in my profile to find a plan I purchased with the car that provided a free battery replacement. We will always recommend and continue to go to VW north because of Mark.
