What Are the 2023 Jetta Trims & Features?

The new Jetta is offered in four trim levels: S, Sport, SE, and SEL. Even the entry-level S trim comes loaded with an array of popular features. VW's standard infotainment system provides a 6.5-inch touchscreen with App-Connect smartphone integration. With VW's Car-Net mobile app, you can remotely start the engine and unlock/lock the doors via your phone. Other niceties include a Volkswagen Digital Cockpit gauge cluster, two USB ports, and LED headlights.

Equipped with VW's racy XDS Cross Differential System, the Sport trim offers enhanced handling. Styling tweaks, such as upgraded 17-inch alloy wheels and a black front grille, also give the sedan a more aggressive look. Sport comfort seats and stainless steel pedal caps give the interior a more exciting feel.

Additional creature comforts are found on the SE trim. Highlights include dual-zone automatic climate control, heated front seats, and an eight-way power driver's seat with lumbar. V-Tex leatherette seating surfaces enhance the cabin's luxuriousness. Keyless access with a push-button start is yet another perk.

Atop the lineup sits the leather-appointed Jetta SEL. While ventilated front seats help cool you down on humid days, a BeatsAudio premium stereo system gives your music a more powerful sound. Other upgrades include a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging, an 8.0-inch touchscreen with navigation, and heated rear seats.

How Much Horsepower Does the 2023 Jetta Have?

A 1.5-liter, turbocharged TSI four-cylinder engine enables the Jetta to offer a zippy performance. VW rates this engine to develop a competitive 158 horsepower and 184 lb-ft of torque. While some drivers enjoy the control of the six-speed manual transmission, others prefer the eight-speed automatic transmission.
